He emphasized that a firm foundation of the Russian-Guyanese relations has been laid, a positive co-operation experience in political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian, educational and other spheres has been accumulated. The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Guyana joins these messages and sends its heartfelt congratulations to the Guyanese nation on its remarkable event in the country’s history.
