THE Youth Basketball Guyana (YBG) National Schools Festival, Georgetown & East Coast Regionals continue today at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall. The games schedule will see 16 teams contest each other in 8 games with three U-16 and U-19 games and two female matchups.
Bladen Hall will take on Charlestown Secondary at 14:00hrs in the first U-16 matchup. Following this game will be St Rose’s versus President’s College in the first female game. In the second female game, Marian Academy will take on St Stanislaus at 13:30hrs.
President’s College will take on Plaisance Secondary in an all-East Coast encounter in the U-16 category. Bishops’ High will take on St Stanislaus in the final U-16 game at 17:00hrs.
In the U-19 category, Marian Academy will take on Bishops’ High at 18:00hrs, St Stanislaus will come up against Queen’s College at 19:00hrs and in the final game GTI will face President’s College at 20:00hrs
