TWENTY-SIX-year-old Gordon Ross, who was found stabbed in John Street, Georgetown in the wee hours of Saturday, has succumbed to the injuries he sustained.

Police say investigations are being conducted into the circumstances surrounding the death of Ross, who was found on John Street with stab wounds about his body at about 01:40hrs on Saturday.

He was taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC) by public-spirited persons, but succumbed while receiving medical treatment.
