IT SEEMS like after all the Easter and Cricket festivities, this weekend is on a bit of a cool-down. But there are still a few activities for you to whet your socialising appetite.
TOMORROW
The Gravity Lounge presents a Yesteryear Old School Party, and this one looks like it will be a good one, as it promises to host the music of “all the best DJs in town”.
So, whether you’re a fan of ‘old school’ dancehall, hip hop or even disco music, these folks plan on taking you way back! Everyone is free before 23:00hrs.
Over at the Palm Court, join the Jam Jar Bartending for “592 Climax”.
This event is expected to be “the ultimate Female Bartending experience to blow your mind”, as it will feature dance moves and entertaining drink mixing tricks by some of Jam Jar’s best bartenders.
Free 592 Climax Shots upon entry. Admission $2,000, but come before 22:00hrs, and its free!

If you’re in the mood for some theatre, join the Guyana National School of Theatre Arts and Drama for Performance 5 “Rituals” at the National Cultural Centre.
Immerse yourself with some of Guyana’s finest young actors. The event begins at 20:00hrs, and is free.
