Dear Editor,
I WRITE to express horror at the harassment meted out to a sister by her former partner. This is a very famous singer on the East Coast. She is well known and well liked. She has a restraining order against this man, yet he stalks her day and night. The police have been ignoring her, whom should this sister turn to now? Will all of you only express sympathy after the fact? Please do not allow this sister to be another figure in our nasty list of victims of abuse in our dear land.
