A MIXED jury was empanelled at the Demerara Assizes yesterday before Justice Madam Seunaraine Beharry to try Leon Duncan called Leon James or “whistle” for the murder of Intaz Rupnaraine in the course or furtherance of a robbery.The hearing is continuing. Prosecuting in the matter are lawyers Orienthia Schmidt, Tunno Hardy and Stacy Goodings. Defending is Attorney-at-law, Mark Waldron.
