THE Ministry of Social Protection will begin the distribution of booklets to senior citizens who qualify for pension in 2016.The distribution begins on Monday, November 23, 2015 at various locations across the country. The Ministry is advising eligible senior citizens to check the Sunday newspapers for details on the centre nearest to them and the date and time for distribution at that centre.
Only pensioners can uplift their booklets. If the pensioner is unable to personally uplift his or her 2016 pension booklet due to medical reasons, kindly contact the Ministry on the following telephone numbers: 225-6212, 223-6027, 225-6545 & 225-6202 or the number listed for the District Office for the book to be delivered to their home.
