THE following is the full text of a message from the Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sabha on the passing of local businessman, Andrew Juman:“The Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sabha is deeply saddened by the passing of one of Guyana’s most creative and talented persons, Andrew Juman of Andrew Arts.

“Popularly known for designing and crafting spectacular floats, which could be termed masterpieces, for the Diwali Motorcade on behalf of the Beharry Group of Companies, his creation was the most awaited one each year.
“He was passionate about the motorcade, and dedicated his energies each year to raising the bar. He won the Best Float and Designer for many, many years, and in recent years sponsored a special prize for new designers, in an effort to encourage greater participation in an event that was so dear to his heart.
“Andrew was also involved in our immigration activities, creating wondrous ensembles to reflect the historical period.
“We extend our heartfelt sympathy and prayers to his wife, Nirmala; daughter, Mishal; and the rest of his family. He will be greatly missed.”
