WHEN Afabayo Yakhana, of 3 Hadfield Street, Wortmanville, Georgetown, appeared yesterday before city Magistrate Ann McLennan, charged with simple larceny, he pleaded not guilty to the charge and was placed on $75,000 bail on condition that he remains on good behaviour for the duration of the trial.It is alleged that on Tuesday, August 18, at Wortmanville, Georgetown, the 26-year-old mason stole one Samsung Galaxy S5 Smartphone valued $130,000 from Brandon MacDonald.

Prosecutor Deniro Jones did not object to bail, and same was granted. Yakhana was ordered to return to court on September 10.
