A TWENTY-SIX-YEAR-OLD security officer yesterday appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry on a charge of assault to cause actual bodily harm.Kevin Bynoe of 246 Block ‘Y’ Diamond Housing Scheme denied the allegation that on March 3 at Alexander Street, he unlawfully assaulted Roger Haynes to cause actual bodily harm.

Police Prosecutor Michael Grant did not reveal the facts to the court or object to bail being granted.
The magistrate placed Bynoe on self-bail and transferred the matter to city Magistrate Annette Singh for March 18.
