RABEERCHAND Mangroo of Lot 510 Herstelling, East Bank Demerara (EBD), was stopped and tested with a breathalyser on 2015-02-07 while driving motor vehicle PLL 3383 on the Grove Public Road, EBD, and was found to be above the legal limit in terms of the consumption of alcohol. He was charged and appeared at the Providence Magistrates Court on 2015-02-11, when he pleaded ‘guilty’ and was fined $7,500.00.

Richard Guyadeen of Section ‘A’ Grove, EBD, was stopped and tested with a breathalyser on 2015-02-01 while driving motor vehicle PJJ 6155 on Vlissengen Road, Georgetown, and was found to be above the legal limit in terms of the consumption of alcohol. He was charged and appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates Court on 2015-02-03 when he pleaded ‘guilty’ and was fined $7,500.00.

3. Oswald Pearce of Lot 96 Sugar Cane Avenue, South Ruimveldt Park, Georgetown, was stopped and tested with a breathalyser on 2015-02-01 while driving motor vehicle PPP 2019 in
Alexander Village, Ruimveldt, Georgetown, and was found to be above the legal limit in terms of the consumption of alcohol. He was charged and appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court on 2015-02-03, when he pleaded ‘guilty’ and was fined $7,500.00.

4. Garfield Myers of Lot 261, South Ruimveldt Gardens, Georgetown, was stopped and tested with a breathalyser on 2015-02-01 while driving motor vehicle HC 2000 on Vlissengen Road, Georgetown, and was found to be above the legal limit in terms of the consumption of alcohol. He was charged and appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court on 2015-02-03, when he pleaded ‘guilty’ and was fined $7,500.00.

5. Premnauth Sugrim of Lot 35 Garden of Eden, EBD, was stopped and tested with a breathalyser on 2015-02-07 while driving motor vehicle BHH 8460 on the Grove Public Road, EBD, and was found to be above the legal limit in terms of the consumption of alcohol. He was charged and appeared at the Providence Magistrates Court on 2015-02-11, when he pleaded ‘guilty’ and was fined $7,500.00.

He was charged and appeared at the Providence Magistrates’ Court on 2015-02-03, when he pleaded ‘guilty’ and was fined $7,500.00.

Bramnarine Singh of Lot 75 La Jalousie, West Coast Demerara (WCD), was stopped and tested with a breathalyser on 2015-01-26 while driving motor vehicle GJJ 3850 on the Soesdyke Public Road, EBD, and was found to be above the legal limit in terms of the consumption of alcohol. He was charged and appeared at the Providence Magistrates’ Court on 2015-01-29, when he pleaded ‘guilty’ and was fined $7,500.00.

Naresh Persaud of Lot 271 Gale Street, Annandale, East Coast Demerara, was stopped and tested with a breathalyser on 2015-01-26 while driving motor vehicle BNN 9667 on the Soesdyke Public Road, EBD, and was found to be above the legal limit in terms of the consumption of alcohol. He was charged and appeared at the Providence Magistrates’ Court on 2015-01-29, when he pleaded ‘guilty’ and was fined $7,500.00.
