ANOTHER litterbug with no fixed place of abode was sentenced to two hours community service yesterday by Magistrate Geeta Chandan-Edmond. Twenty-one-year-old Vikram Gopaul pleaded guilty to the offence, which said on Monday, March 10 at Cummings Street, Georgetown, a public place, he deposited waste.
After the vagrant apologised for committing the offence, he was ordered to perform the community service in the compound of the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
