THE Guyana Police Force is investigating a fatal accident that occurred at about 02:00 hrs on Monday, on the Main Road at Clifton Settlement, Corentyne, Berbice, which resulted in the death of motor cyclist Vincent Indial, 28, of Cromarty, Corentyne.

Investigations have revealed that Indial was allegedly driving his motor cycle at a fast rate when he lost control and collided with a utility pole.

He was pronounced dead on arrival at the Port Mourant Hospital.

Indial was a former army officer in the United States and was an avid biker and is survived by his wife and four sons. His family said his death is a blow to them and they are trying to cope.
