Lynch is alleged to have committed the capital offence on May 7, 2007 at their matrimonial home at Lot 106 Ireng Place, Bel Air Park, Georgetown, where Razack’s body had been found.

Police Corporal Bharat Mangru, prosecuting, requested an early date for commencement of the preliminary inquiry (PI), stating that all investigations have been completed, and the state has sixteen witnesses to testify in the matter.

The Chief Magistrate had cause to inform attorney, Peter Hugh that other accused persons have been in custody before his client awaiting their day in court, hence the accused will have to wait her turn for trial.
