THERE are two or three open manholes on the pavement north of Parliament Buildings, just beside the church next to Demico House. Should a toddler, a pregnant woman or any other person accidentally step into one of those water-filled openings, serious injury or even death could occur. This is an issue that seems to require urgent attention by an individual or individuals in authority.
