TWENTY-EIGHT-YEAR-OLD Rondy Jagdeo, who is charged with the murder of biker Kirk Davis, made another appearance on Thursday before Chief Magistrate, Priya Sewnarine-Beharry.

The accused was further remanded to prison until February 5, 2014, when the preliminary inquiry (PI) is scheduled to begin.
On his first appearance in court, Police Corporal Bharat Mangru, prosecuting, said Jagdeo and the deceased had been close friends but it was alleged that Davis kissed the other man’s wife on her neck, while at Palm Court Restaurant, in Main Street, on September 2, 2013.
The prosecutor said the day of the killing, Jagdeo went to the home of Davis, at Seventh Street, Eccles Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara, where an argument erupted between the two men and the latter was fatally shot.
