JUNIOR Spencer, a 24-year-old construction worker of Lot 10 Company Road, Buxton, ECD, appeared before Magistrate Shoundell Lovell at the Cove and John Magistrates Court on Wednesday, October 30, charged with breaking and entering the Buxton dwelling house of Paul Jarvis, and carting off $19,000 worth of items while being in the company of others.

Police Prosecutor John Singh told the court that on Tuesday, October 29, Spencer stole from Jarvis’s home groceries worth $8000, one cell phone value at $4000, $2000 in cigarettes and $5000 in cash, to a total value of $19,000.
Spencer pleaded not guilty to the charge, and was granted bail in the sum of $75,000. He is expected to return to court on November 28, 2013 for report.
