IT IS good to see Dr. Ramsaroop actively back into the political arena and contributing to Guyana.  His insights to the weak opposition allows us to understand why their incompetence is so evident.   

His article on “Political Blockade” clearly outlines that they have no vision and plan for Guyana.  They constantly block key programmes without any suggestions on what they will do better   As a people we are clearly seeing this.
His analysis was eye-opening, as indicated the PPP/C did win the largest block of votes.   They should be allowed to govern.   The opposition see politics as a game.  They view the government as an opponent when the government was elected to govern Guyana.  By constantly opposing key programmes they are opposing Guyana’s development which we all need as a people to survive and provide for our families.  They have become anti-Guyana, anti-private sector and anti-people.
I agree with Dr. Ramsaroop, that opposition voters must wake up and see that this stagnation affects all of us and governing Guyana is not a child’s game as they think.  I agree, we all need a national focus to make our nation grow.
