ACTING Chief Justice Ian Chang has granted bail, in the total sum of $2,595,000, to 15 petitioners pending their trials.

Those who secured the grant on Friday, September 13 are:
*  Jennifer Anderson, Kimblet Dorway and Hama Bhagran, charged with possession of narcotics, $50,000, $250,000 and $500,000, respectively;
* Laurel Thomas, charged with unlawful possession of ammunition, $100,000;
* Lendial Jabor and Corvin Heywood, charged with unlawful possession of ammunition, $150,000 and $50,000, respectively;
* Simon Ayala and Tiffany Rambur, charged with unlawful possession of ammunition, $50,000 each;
* Doswick Baxter, charged on two counts of abduction, $200,000;
* Orette Watson, charged with robbery with violence, $250,000;
* Glanda Allicock, charged with assault causing actual bodily harm, $160,000;
* Gavon Major, charged with discharging
a loaded firearm with intent, $150,000;
* Lakisha Abrams, charged with unlawful wounding, $35,000 and
* Doreen Vanveld and Shane Morgan, charged with robbery under arms, $250,000 each.
