Guards being underpaid

PLEASE allow me a space in your newspaper to talk about the unfair treatment by our employer.

I am currently employed with a security firm named Strategic Action Security. I have been employed with this firm for about four years now. My issues with the company are working hours and salary.
In a meeting with the owner and the security guards on August 4, 2013, he addressed us and told us our hourly rate would increase to $203 per hour, since the Ministry of Labour has addressed this issue recently.
However, as of August 13, 2013 our salaries have not been raised. The salary ranges from $90 – $120 per hour, no more or no less. The hourly rate has not been fixed despite addressing us about it in the meeting held. The locations where we work have different hourly rates.
Working hours are a basic 12 hours per day. We start a shift from 7 am to 7 pm, but unfortunately we are being released sometimes until 9 – 9:20 pm and do not receive any payment for extra hours stayed on location.
We would like to make it known that we have not been paid for the period of November 15, 2009 to December 31, 2009. When asked about this, no favourable response has been provided to date.
Because of our need for employment, it does not mean we have to be underpaid. Whatever location we guard, we do it to the best of our ability and we would expect to be treated with the same respect by our employer.
