A post-mortem is expected to be performed on her body today.
Meanwhile, several persons, including the woman’s reputed husband, have been questioned by detectives since the 48-year-old was found dead, in the lower flat of her posh home, by an employee who turned up for work, as usual, on Saturday morning.
The corpse bore stab wounds, her throat was slit and it appeared that she was also beaten on the head while her house was ransacked and the bottom flat drenched with dieselene but not set afire.
A storage bond aback of the premises was gutted by a blaze that was doused by fire-fighters who were summoned.
Ramnaress, who lived alone, had reportedly been seen sweeping her yard on Saturday morning, within the property that was well protected by alarm systems and a huge fence.
However, although there were surveillance cameras, footage from them is missing, as well as cash and jewels.
Neighbours did not hear any distress calls from the woman’s place nor did they see anyone entering or leaving it.
