DANIEL Young, a container loader of Lot 29 East La Penitence, Georgetown, was slapped with five charges before Magistrate Ann McLennan yesterday.
He pleaded not guilty to all the offences which said; * on Tuesday, July 16, at the East La Penitence address, he unlawfully assaulted his grandmother, Iona Young and made use of threatening language to her and
* on the same day and place, he unlawfully assaulted his cousin, Ronald Young, threatened and made use of threatening language to him.
Meanwhile, Ronald Young pleaded not guilty to unlawfully assaulting Daniel at the La Penitence house, too.
Police Corporal Bharat Mangru, prosecuting, said the two men are cousins and the woman is the grandmother of both.
Daniel was granted $7,500 bail and Ronald $5,000 until July 25.
