CJ grants $4.8M bail to 20 accused in criminal matters – 12 facing narcotics trafficking charges

ACTING Chief Justice Ian Chang, S.C.,   on Friday last awarded bail in the sum of $4,880,000 to 20 offenders awaiting trial on various offences, including 12 for trafficking in narcotics.

The others are awaiting trial for unlawful wounding, robbery under arms, rape, break and enter and larceny, possession of ammunition without licence and possession of firearm.
Following are the offences, the offenders, and the amount of bail granted to each bail petitioner:
