Some just love to blah. Would be lost if they don’t. Blah! Blah! 24-7! Free minutes or not! Blah just for the sake of yapping. Love to hear their voices, annoying or not; doesn’t matter. They outdo some mothers-in-law and nagging spouses who would have been diagnosed with CBS –  Chronic Blahing Syndrome! Those with symptoms are not hard to spot. They are naggers! Can’t miss them! Their decibels stand them out same as how empty barrels are marked. By this reasoning, naggers are empty barrels. Moses will be puffed! Name synonymous with an unfilled drum! How dare! He will huff! Well, continue to! So would Khem and David. Lots of huffing! More hot air! Would be circulated by Glen! Whew! Need an AC! But wait! Would it work? Would GPL provide the electricity? If they do, would the new rates be afforded? Hmmm! Questions! Others will now puff and huff. More blah! Plenty! More with CBS! Welcomed? CBS on TV preferred! 60 Minutes! Hopefully, not the time allocated for electricity supply if the puffers get their way!

By puffing GPL’s from the budget, David, Khem, Moses and the other puffers, have given the tariffs an escalator that defies gravity! Onward? Upward? It’s no longer maybe! Seems certain; higher rates that is! No subsidy; no current rates! No pun intended! Glen and his boys; crafty! They are not saying that! Parroting  David, Khem and Moses. Blame DR they say. More protest promised! Wait! Who caused this? Isn’t it the puffers! But Glen and his boys wouldn’t say. They dare not! Don’t want to upset their other boys; the puffers!
