THE first murder case to be called after the opening of the June Criminal Session yesterday was that of accused Hemeraj Rambachun, called Arun.

A 12-member jury was empanelled to try him for the murder of Jagroo called Baile.
Presiding is Justice Brassington Reynolds.
Prosecuting is Renita Singh who is appearing in association with  Dhanika Singh, will deliver her opening address to the jury today.
Appearing for the defence is attorney-at-Law, Kim Kyte–John with Ms  D. Backer.
