THE trial of murder accused Noel Adonis called ‘Neil’ began at the Demerara Assizes yesterday before Justice Navindra Singh and a mixed jury.
Adonis is facing trial for the murder of Ishroutie Deonarine, called Suzie, which was allegedly committed on 14th day of September 2007.
Prosecutrix Mrs. Teshana Lake has already delivered her opening address to the jury. She will call her first witness today.
