AT a post-Cabinet media briefing yesterday, Head of the Presidential Secretariat (HPS), Dr. Roger Luncheon, advised that Cabinet, at its May 14 statutory meeting, offered its no-objection to five contracts in the areas of agriculture, infrastructure, health, and sport.
