FOUR murder accused appeared before Magistrate Judy Latchman yesterday, on individual charges of unlawfully and maliciously inflicting bodily harm.
Curly Goodluck, 30, Ryan Adams, 20, Sherwin McDonald, 23, and Sherwin Nero, 26, all denied that, on Tuesday, April 16, at the Georgetown Prisons, they inflicted harm on Dillon Kryenoff.
Police Sergeant Vishnu Hunt, prosecuting, said the defendants committed the offence while on remand in prison for another crime.
The case was transferred to Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry for re-assignment and the accused quartet will make their next appearance on May 5.
The Prosecutor said Kryenoff is not feeling well and could not have attended Court yesterday.
