THE members of the Guyana Central Arya Samaj would like to extend our deepest and heartfelt sympathy to the wife and children, as well as the disciples and followers of the late Pt Reepu Daman Persaud.

Pt Persaud has made a major contribution to Guyana as a politician, a Minister of Government, a religious leader and a community leader.
He has influenced more than one generation of Guyanese, in Religion and in Politics. He established the Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sabha, a vibrant Hindu organisation that he nurtured to the time of his passing.
Pt Persaud has been a friend to the people of Guyana and in particular the Hindus. He will remain in the hearts of the Guyanese people. We can keep his beliefs and goals alive by continuing his works.
