I CANNOT hesitate to join hands with those who, in your issue of April 5, 2013, paid to the late Dr Dale Bisnauth, tributes which he rightfully deserves.

Dr. Dale Bisnauth was a man whose various activities were keenly observed by many.
The vital touchstone of his political career was the respectability which he brought to bear in the carrying out of his duties.
Posterity will regale him as a man of distinction.
