Regal makes presentation to GNIC

REGAL Stationery and Computer Centre, one of the main sponsors of the current Georgetown Softball Cricket League (GSCL) Open, Over-35 and female tournaments, last Monday presented one Daewoo brand 21-inch coloured television set to the Guyana National Industrial Corporation (GNIC) Sports Club.

altMaking some brief remarks prior to the presentation, first vice-president of the GSCL, Ian John, said the GNIC ground is being used as a venue for the present competition and they are pleased to assist the club.
“We are very thankful to the club for granting us permission to use their facility. I must also thank Regal Stationery and Computer Centre for their kind gesture. Other presentations are in the making for other clubs whose grounds are being used to host matches,” stated John.
Regal Stationery and Computer Centre Office Manager Lakeram Gopaul said his entity was pleased to make the presentation to the club, who never hesitated to grant the use of the venue for any softball cricket activity, once there are no scheduled cricket fixtures. Club supervisor Deborah D’Andrade thanked both Regal and the GSCL for their assistance.
