THE PATRON Beverley Harper, President Keith Foster, Executive and Members of the Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club (RHTYSC) would like to express congratulations to Shemaine Campbelle on her unbelievable achievement of scoring a century for the West Indies.
“Her achievement of scoring 106 for the West Indies vs Sri Lanka in the 2nd ODI is very special for us and has left each one of us very proud of the little girl who we all so dearly love”
The Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club since its formation in 1990 has recorded a number of achievements and Shemaine’s century in the first-ever by a Guyanese for the West Indies at the International One Day level and second overall by a female West Indian.
Shemaine has now scored centuries at the Club, Inter-county, Caribbean and now International level. Since joining the Rose Hall Town Youth & Sports Club at the tender age of 13 years, she has always been disciplined, committed and hardworking.
“We always had confidence that she would excel at the highest level and we are all confident that this is just the start of remarkable achievements to come.
“The members of the Club would like to reassure Shemaine of our continued love and support. The Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club strongly believes in unity of purpose and collective love and as a club we are determined to stand by each other’s side in dark and bright times.
