WILTON Marcus, 44, of Block 16 Wismar, Linden, appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry, in Georgetown, yesterday, charged with smoking cannabis (marijuana). He, allegedly, committed the offence on February 5 but he pleaded not guilty and was placed on $50,000 bail and the case was transferred to Christianburg Court, also in Linden, for March 19.
