PAUL Fraser (no address given) was remanded to prison on Tuesday on charges of assault and using threatening language.

Particulars of the offences said, on January 14, at Lot 36 Lamaha Springs, he unlawfully assaulted Sherwin Thomas and threatened the same man on Barr Street, Kitty, also in Georgetown.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to both allegations before Magistrate Judy Latchman who refused him bail until he makes his next appearance on February 27.
