THE body of an unidentified man was found on the Number 68 Village, Corentyne, Berbice Public Road, about 21:00 hrs on January 7. Police said the corpse, of East Indian descent, had bruises and appears to be in his late thirties. It was of fair complexion and about five feet nine inches in height.
He was barefooted, clad in a red and white checkered shirt and a pair of blue jeans.
The dead is at Skeldon Hospital Mortuary, Corentyne, while investigations continue.
