DEXTER Grant (no address given) has been charged with unlawfully assaulting his father, Emanuel Grant. The defendant appeared before Magistrate Leron Daley yesterday and pleaded not guilty to the offence, which said it was committed on January 7 and caused the virtual complainant actual bodily harm.
The son told the court he did not assault his father and it was just that they had misunderstanding.
The younger Grant was put on $15,000 bail until February 15.
