The Guyana Police Force (GPF) yesterday said that in order to facilitate the smooth flow of traffic in Georgetown and its environs for the holiday season, the Traffic Department will be effecting special traffic arrangements from December 01, 2012, as follows:   •There will be one-way vehicular traffic flowing north along Hinck Street between Regent and Robb Streets.
•Vehicles will move west along South Street between Hinck and Water Streets then proceed north in Water Street.
•Sendall Place between Hadfield Street and Brickdam will be reopened to two way traffic.
•Albert Street between North Road and Regent Street will be reopened to two way traffic.
