I am a senior citizen residing aback of South Ruimveldt Park for over 15 years, and I have never seen so much lawlessness behind here before. In the past three months, I have heard music being played until 03:00 hrs, and the person keeping this session gets full support from the police outpost. Persons come from as far as Tucville for a smoke of marijuana aback of South/North Ruimveldt. These persons can be found almost on every corner in bright daylight, even opposite the outpost in the back of the mall. Those guys are getting full cover from the outpost.

I have two questions in mind: when last did the outpost make a narcotics charge? Why is the music played so late, whenever there is a session? I also have advice for the Commissioner: sir, that outpost needs cameras. I think you will get a whole lot more results, thank you.
