AS a consequence of the decision of someone to fill potholes located on the main street in Patentia West with loose loam, residents are severely inconvenienced.
The writer of this letter has noted that the dust emanating from the loam is affecting the health of persons, including mine, and even reaches the interiors of houses and shops. It is unbearable.
I wonder who, in this modern age, would think it wise to fill potholes with loose loam? Where are the professional and scientific approaches in relation to solving problems? Where is consideration for persons, including children?
I think this is one of the most disgraceful implementations I have seen for quite some time. Is the region’s governing authority responsible for this shame?
I think it would have been better to leave the potholes as they were.
