THE GUYANA Table Tennis Association wishes to announce that its Annual General Meeting scheduled for today at Olympic House on High Street from 14:00hrs has been rescheduled for next Sunday November 4, at the same venue and time.   Notice of Motions/Resolutions must reach the Hon. General Secretary Godfrey Munroe no later than Thursday, November 1, and each club registered with the Association is entitled to send as many delegates as it may desire. However, only one person will be allowed to vote.
Clubs are reminded to ensure that their annual subscriptions have been paid by Thursday, November 1 prior to date of the General Meeting, so as to be able to exercise their franchise.
