MICHAEL Kendall (no address given) appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry yesterday, charged with unlawful assault of Odessa Kendall, committed on September 15.

He pleaded not guilty to the charge, and the magistrate ordered the defendant to take counselling and make another court appearance on October 1.
