IN a writ filed in the Supreme Court Registry yesterday, plaintiff Orin John is alleging that two defendants are living at his property, 100 Leopold Street, without his permission.
And according to him, “I am moving to the court to get possession”. The defendants are Ryan Bascom and another.
According to the writ, the plaintiff is the legal owner of a property at 100 Leopold Street, Werk-en-Rust, Georgetown.
He said that the defendant continues to live in the building without his permission.
In his writ, the plaintiff said that he legally owns the property by way of a long lease after purchasing it from the defendant’s deceased mother.
The plaintiff said that following the purchase, he got his lawyer to write the defendant Ryan Bascom to the effect.
The plaintiff is asking the court to declare the defendant a trespasser and to issue an order that he remove from the premises forthwith.
