PEDAL cyclist Premdas Boodhoo, 39, of # 52 Village, Corentyne, Berbice, was killed in an accident at about 08:45 hrs yesterday. Police investigations revealed that Boodhoo allegedly attempted to ride across the road and was struck down by a motor car. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the Skeldon Hospital.
The driver of the motor car is in police custody assisting with investigations.
