IPL, Windies cricket stars head to Guyana–for another T20 showdown

WITH Jamzone just around the corner, the Hits and Jams Team is alerting cricket fans to prepare for two nights of exciting cricket with the most talented local and international cricketers. The HJ Team is promising twice the amount of excitement, twice the thrills, and twice the heat you felt from cricket-fever last year. Headed to Guyana this August for the 2nd Jamzone T20 Cricket tournament is Sunil Narine, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Chris Gayle, Dwayne Bravo, Dwayne Smith, Andre Russell, Keiron Pollard and many renowned cricket stars.
Last year, the Jamzone T20 Tournament was inducted into the lineup of Jamzone Summer Break events. Thousands turned out to the Providence National Stadium over the course of two days to witness what would soon be one of the greatest cricket competitions ever held in Guyana.
The Berbice Titans became the first Jamzone Masters Cup champions before a massive crowd at the Guyana National Stadium. The team carted off two million dollars after completing a remarkable 26-run victory over the Georgetown Pit-bulls in a heated final match.
This year, the showdown is live at the Guyana National Stadium on August 17 and 19.
