SECURITY guard Cathy Messiah appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton yesterday, charged with damage to property. The accused (no address given) faced an indictable charge, which said, on July 5, she unlawfully damaged a car windscreen, valued $70,000, property of Joel Baines.
Police Corporal Simone Payne, prosecuting, had no objection to bail and surety was set at $20,000 until July 23.
