SILVERSTONE, England, Jul 8, CMC – Briton Lewis Hamilton failed in his home grand prix when he finished eighth at Silverstone here Sunday. Red Bull’s Mark Webber, who started from second on the grid, won the event in a time of one hour, 25.11 minutes.
Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso was third.
