THE Shaheed Boys & Girls Orphanages received a donation of mattresses and pillows, recently, from Comfort Sleep, of Eccles Industrial Estate, East Bank Demerara.
The gifts were handed over at a simple ceremony at the Kitty, Georgetown home of the boys. Chairman of the Shaheed Board, Mr. Badruddin Hassan, in a statement, expressed his sincere thanks to donor company, through its Managing Director, Mr. Dennis Charran, for the wonderful gesture.
Charran said he was pleased to be associated with the orphanages and reiterated the commitment of his firm to being a great corporate partner in the society.
He alluded to the high quality of mattresses and pillows produced by his firm and pledged its continued service to the beneficiaries and other Guyanese.
Charran emphasised that high quality and professional service are the benchmarks of his business.
