LEROY Court, of Sandy Babb Street, Kitty, appeared at Sparendaam Court, East Coast Demerara yesterday, charged with assault causing actual bodily harm. It was alleged that, on April 23, at Sophia, also in Greater Georgetown, he unlawfully and maliciously assaulted Shane Samuels so as to cause him actual bodily harm.
Court pleaded not guilty, before Magistrate Alex Moore and was put on $15,000 bail until May 7.
