RARMROOP Ramlochan, a horse cart operator, appeared before Magistrate Alex Moore, at Sparendaam Court yesterday, charged with using threatening language to his ex-wife, Kavita Saywack. It was alleged that he committed the offence on April 19, at Industry, also on East Coast Demerara.
He pleaded not guilty but he and the woman agreed to settle the matter and the case was dismissed.
The magistrate, however, cautioned Ramlochan about the seriousness of his behaviour.
