DAVID Jaundoo (no address given) was granted $10,000 bail yesterday, on a common assault charge. Before Magistrate Alex Moore, at Sparendaam Court, the defendant was charged with assaulting Mena Kirpaul on April 13, at Mon Repos, also at East Coast Demerara.
The defendant pleaded not guilty and the case was postponed to April 27.
